In 2010 Cook managed Senator Bill Emmerson’s campaign and the Anthony Cannella for Senate campaign, winning two Senate races in a year that no Republican was elected to a statewide office. Cook served as Chairman of the Butte County Republican Party and as a member of the State Party Executive Committee and was an alternate delegate for President George W. Bush in 2004.
